I would say "Chisworth" is either an attempt at an abbreviation by the enumerator or what he thinks he heard - it must mean Charlesworth.

There is a small village named Chisworth about 1 mile sw of Charlesworth - off the A626. It has a single church (Methodist). Although Sarah  may have been born in Chisworth, if her parents wanted a C of E baptism this would, quite likely, be in Charlesworth.
