In 1851 John HUMPHREYS was 63 and in Meifod, so he would have been born around 1788-ish.  The parish of birth was Llanfihangel.  Any details on his birth or baptism for him would be very much appreciated.

My records have a John Humphreys baptised 27 April 1788, Llanfihangel. parents - John and Elizabeth Humphreys.
