The Irish civl BMD index on Familysearch has a Peter Kinsella died in the Mountmellick CD July-Sep 1901 aged 69 which could be your ancestor (although that age would make him just 16 in 1858). It also has a Peter Kinsella died Jul-Sep 1888 in Abbeyleix aged 77 who is probably your ancestor's father or brother.
The closest Mary Kinsella died Apr-Jun 1912 aged 70 at Mountmellick CD. There is also a Mary Kinsella died 1872 aged 4. The deathc ertificates could be ordered from the GRO in Ireland, but the details of most of them will be on the rootsireland.ie index as downloaded records.
