My brick wall!  Simon Bell b. 1793 "Scotland".  Travelled to the Isle of Man, met and married Jane Clague at Lezayre in 1813.  All marriage documents only indicate Simon was born in Scotland.  His date of birth is derived from his death/burial date of 1853, age 60 years.

If anyone recognizes this gentleman and can help me determine when and where in Scotland he was born, I would be most appreciative.
