trying to help a new rootschatter and stuck, PLEASE help!!

HI, everyone i have been trying to help David , a new rootschatter to find his family in the later censuses. 1891 has been found. But have spent two days looking on 1901 census.

Can't find anything.

Im not the most experienced myself can everyone have a look at his post please.

If not it is posted in BEGINNERS and called national archives.
