Carol,

I am assuming I would require copy of 'will' for John - 1667 as opposed to Elizabeth, his widow if the FT is to be believed, and a copy of Obediah's letter of administration - 1700 after his passing in 1699?

Any advice gratefully received.

Regards,

Mark.

Digressing slightly,

I take your point re number of Bunting's when I saw the townland of John/Elizabeth Bunting as 'Buntingfield', Ashover, Derbys.

They even had their own 'pitch', as the man say's !!!!

Mark.

Well I'm a bit of a will collector, so I would send for both.  I have never sent for a letter of administration, so can't advise you there.   The one's I have seen when at the Records Office didn't give much information, only a witness,  Perhaps someone else may know more about them.

Hi

The burial took place at North Wingfield.  I have Baptisms, marriages and burials for NW on CD.
