my great grand father was born in nottingham in 1830, he came to dublin when he was very young, i would to know did he come to dublin on his own or with a family, he got married to a lady called catherine murphy, she died .and he remarried to a ldy called mulvaney, also all catholic i wonder was he converted or any info would be great  thanks  larry  aussie

There are 2 baptisms for an Edward Moss n Nottingham both at RC Churches, so it seems he was already a Catholic. Both baptisms are for the same baby.

St John RC -Same agin only father listed as Matthias.
