Thomas Knight is the informant on the death certificate of Helen Held (mother-in-law) in 1943.  His residence is Macedonia, Summit, Ohio

Thomas and Myrtle (Sandra found their marriage record for 1922) Held are living with her mother in the 1930 census.

In 1920 census, Myrtle and Helen are living together and Helen is divorced from Jacob Held.  There is a death certificate for a Jacob Held, not 100% sure it's the right one, but he dies in 1916 and is a divorced painter.

Myrtle is a boarder in the home of a George A Vocke in the 1910 census.  She is a private music teacher, aged 21, and single.  I haven't found Helen Held in the 1910 census yet.

Also, a death or divorce of Myrtle Held Knight needs to be found and a marriage to Lottie Bradshaw found.

The 1920 census for the Edward Knight family stated that they immigrated in 1911.  Looking on www.ellisisland.org, I found the following:

SS Mauretania
Liverpool to New York (11 Nov 1911 - 17 Nov 1911)

Knight, Edward, 45, b. Bosworth
            Thirza, 50, b. Clipston
            Tom, 14, b. Berkley
last residence:  Leicester, England
contact in country from whence came:  son Mr. F B Knight
57 Knighton Church Rd, S. Knighton
final destination:  Cleveland, Ohio
going to join son, E Knight.9304 Euclid Ave, Cleveland
