death or accident records in circuses
« on: Sunday 13 May 12 00:22 BST (UK) »
Looking for any data on the fall from the high wire in Nurnberg about 1892 of my gt gt uncle Ongawa Torra The story as i've heard was that he fell from the wire and damaged  his spine and died there in Nurnberg so was wondering if circus archives kept any information on accidents or death records.
Thanks Josie

Wouldn't there be some sort of inquest?  In Nuremburg, or somewhere else in Germany?

Do you know the name of the circus?  Was it a German circus or one from England / somewhere else?

It may not be still in existence, after over 100 years, of course.
