Hi all,

I have a :-

JOHN McLACHLAN born 26 October 1873, Millport, Bute.† (Parents James Mclachlan and Christina McLachlan nee Lee)† John married JESSIE DUNCAN SMITH on 11 December 1902, Rothesay, Bute.† (Jessieís parents were John Smith and Elizabeth Smith nee McMillan).† John died on 13 March 1949 at 17 Barone Road, Rothesay.  Jessie died on 10 September 1957 at 36 Kilwinning Road, Irvine.

CHILDREN:

JAMES McLACHLAN born ??† (is listed on Johnís D/C as son)

ELIZABETH McMILLAN McLACHLAN born approx. 1907, Rothesay, Bute† She married DUNCAN McEWAN FERRIER on 18 september 1935, Rothesay, Bute.† Duncanís parents were William Ferrier and Margaret Ferrier nee McEwan.

I have another person, CHRISTINA LEE MCLACHLAN born approx 1915 and married to JOHN MURRAY in 1946 but am unsure who Christinaís parents are.† It could be the above family or another brother of John.

John had brothers:-

JAMES McLACHLAN born 25 February 1875 Millport† (cannot find any other info)

ALEXANDER McLACHLAN born 15 October 1878 New Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire (cannot find any other info)

ROBERT LEE McLACHLAN born 24 February 1882 Altadore, New Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire.† Robert married HELEN BURNETT on 11 March 1910, Dumfries, Fife.† (Helenís parents were Alexander† Burnett and Helen Burnett nee Mitchell).† On the Marriage extract it lists Maggie Burnett as a witness so could be a sister of Helen.

Are there any connections out there??

Cheers
