Hi 'Dalkey mc'

Did they stay in Ireland after daughter Mary was born as I can't see them on the 1901 Irish Census ?

Sorry have just seen them under TIMMINS

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wicklow/Delgany/Coolagad/1820481/

What details were on their marriage cert, as in their address'.

Did they give their Irish address' or and English one ?

This might help to decide were they there for work reasons or just purely for short term to get married !

Were any of the witness' family members ?

Again, might help to see if family were with them.

at 19, she would have needed parents permission to marry in England too

Unless, of course, she lied about her age to get around that
Wainwright - Yorkshire
Whitney - Herefordshire
Watson -  Northamptonshire
Trant - Yorkshire
Helps - all
Needham - Derbyshire
Waterhouse - Derbyshire
Northing - all

Hi Tara & Mamalady, they had english address 10 James st,seacombe,no family names as witnesses d lear &elizabeth harrison.i know julia would have needed consent here in england but thought maybe it would be prehaps easier to forge consent here, her age is on the cert.i also wonder where sarah (my m-i-l)was at this time as she would have been nearly 4 years old when they married.
thanks for your help.
