John Standish Roberts

I'm looking for the birth of a John Standish Roberts.He was to marry a Phyllis Collier at Holywell Flintshire in 1936.According to his death record in Cheshire in 1987 he was born 29/11/1915.

After a tremendous amount of searching I have finally found his  birth!He is given on Cheshire BMD as born in Birkenhead.He is shown in their birth index for 1915-1917.He is shown on the GRO Birth Index as a Jan/Feb/Mar quarter birth of 1916,apparently a late entry.He is also shown with a mother's maiden name of Roberts!
