Searching for ancestors of James Bowler (Born 1816 Colnbrook, Buckinghamshire) married 1837 Buckinghamshire to Julia Holland (Born 1816 Middlesex)

Colnbrook Baptism. to Charles & Jemima Bowler.

21 Jan 1816 - James, son of Charles & Jemima Bowler.
Easter - 1817.
John - 1818.
Ann - 1821.
Charles - 1824.
Charles - 1826.
Ann - 1830.
Sarah - 1835.
Ambrose - 1837.
William - 1839.


Baptism to James & Julia Bowler.

Julia - 1840.
Ann Nora - 1842.
James John - 1846.

Bowler Burials.

James - 1 Jan 1883.   aged 67, of Colnbrook.  by Coroners order.
Julia - 9 Oct 1895.  aged  76, of Colnbrook.
James John - 24 Jul 1858. aged 17.


Jemima - 16 Feb 1874.  aged 82.
Charles - 20 Apr 1862. aged 72.

Charles - 27 Aug 1857.  an infant.
Harriet - 21 Jun 1857.  aged 8.


Marriage, by Banns..

28 Sep 1861 - Ann Norah Bowler(aged 19)  to Eli Law(aged 21).   Witnesses - William Woolford & Sarah Belcher.

Eli Law, son of James Law, a labourer.

Ann Norah, daughter of James Bowler, a labourer.

Eli & Ann Nora Law baptisms.

Agnes Jane - 1862.
Amy Elizabeth - 1866.

1851 Census Charles BOWLER is born c 1791, Hedgerley
Jammima (sic) c 1797, Colnbrook
HO107/1718/147/7

You may have to get James/Julias Marriage Cert to confirm her Fathers name/occp.

I've just run through the Colnbrook PR's, and there appears to be no baptism  for any Jemima/Jemmima c 1797 in Colnbrook. :-\

Only one GRISWOOD baptism in Colnbrook.     1799 - John, son of William & Martha GRISWOOD.  That's it for Griswoods. :-\
