With Ann being listed as a Grand daughter, I'm guessing her parents both died?

a bit odd Ann has been fairly consistent with her age born abt 1837 - 1838
but I cannot find a birth for then ???

I have only come across one for 1841 but that would mean she was abt 13 when she married ???
