Childerley Parish Registers

Searching for Cambridgeshire relations I have discovered John Craft in the 1851 census shown as b Childerley Cambs.
The Phillimore guide shows there are no registers for Childerley. Why? The following possibilities occur to me:
1) Lost, 2) No church, offices carried out in a neighbouring parish e.g. Boxworth,Dry Drayton, Knapwell or Lolworth? 3) Recently created parish, uninhabited until fairly recently?

Any further information would be very welcome please.

Thanks for that, but Genuki not exhaustive as I found some entries in Dry DRayton. History interesting though.
