There is a tree on An....y that gives Killingworth's date of death as 1860 and his wife Janes as 1867 - we ought to be able to find them in some census,  Ann married after 1841 (1847 I think) so she might even be with them in 1841

Hmm I am fairly sure I have found Jane & Ann in 1841

In Wootton 1841

Jane Hedges aged 40
Ann Hedges aged 12
Martha Bishop aged 60
James Bishop aged 6

All born in county no occupations given

No sign of Killingworth unfortunatly

Brill - you got there just before me,  so now we have a near year for Killingworths birth and a place of birth - which ties in with the on-line tree so I can't see any reason to disbelieve that it is correct in giving Killingworth parents as Benjamin & Martha (nee Lee),  of course it would be great if we can find someone with those transcripts to confirm   :-\

Hiya Lesanne

That is looking possible - can you see an occupation?  in 1851 he is a Mason and he was probably working away from home
