well all back and running .
there were only 6 with an ireland birth looked at them all and the one i,ve posted still looks the likeliest candidate as most of the others are either to old ie one was pensioned off in 1807 after loosing an arm at the battle of talavera during the peninsular wars glad i found that it,s the first one i,ve seen for that period any way i digress a couple of the others have discharge dates way passed your thomases time so unless someone else can see something i,ve missed he,s the one .
