Thanks for looking this up for me Sandra.  I am afraid I don't really have much information regarding Robert Adams.  except that the was in his late 20's when he left Ireland and came to Canada living in Vancouver.  So far as I am aware, he had no middle name (ref: Belfast 1911 Census) and at the time lived on Ashdale street, County Down.  I never knew him, the information I have I learned from my Mother.  I do remember Uncle Bobby sending big boxes of lovely red apples to us every Christmas from an orchard here in BC....probably the Okanagan Valley.

According to a family tree entry the above Robert was also born in Belfast. Antrim
He had 3 siblings Elizabeth 1893 - 1968  Harriet 1900 - 1999 and Thomas 1906 - 1964 all died in Belfast. Antrim. Father Samuel 1861 - 1947 and Mother Mary Anne Ponise 1872 - 1929.

Does your Mother recall if there was any mention of siblings at all ?
