Back on this side of the family again

I have visited the Valuations Office to see if there was anything there that might help

The family is shown on the same farm from Griffiths Valuations
At that time c1850 James MANNION my GGGF was the tenant

By the Land Commission Judicial Report in 1891 it was in the name of my GGF Andrew MANNION
He died, along with his two eldest sons, in 1894
He was described as a widower implying my GGM had died sometime between Dec 1886 (birth of youngest) and June 1894

In 1895 the land transferred in name to the next eldest son, Michael
He is shown as the head of the family on the 1901 census
It is after this it goes a little strange

1901  Michael MANNION head of family with siblings Mary Anne, John, Brigid & Andrew
1903  Michael MANNION m Norah O'Donnell
1904  Their son James was born - no record found
1906  The land transfers to the name Andrew MANNION
(Andrew Snr was dead and Andrew Jnr was the youngest son?)
1911  Andrew Jnr is in the UK
1911  Norah MANNION is in Mayo as a nurse described as a widow
1911  James MANNION is with his mother's family the O'DONNELLs
1911  John MANNION my GF is head if the family with his sister Brigid
1914  John MANNION is granted administration for the probate of my GGF Andrew MANNION who died 1894
1915  Andrew MANNION Jnr died in Galipoli
1916  John MANNION m Brigid FINAN
1921  Valuation Office shows land went into my GF's name John MANNION
1973  Valuation Office shows land went into his son's name following Grandad's death in 1971

Herein lies my dilemmas

(1) Mary Anne MANNION shown on the 1901 census has never turned up anywhere, dead or alive.

(2) If Michael inherited the land and then died - why did his wife and/or son not inherit after him?

(3) If Michael died where did this happen and where are the records?
Presumably he did before 1911 when his wife claimed to be a widow

(4) If the land was left to the youngest brother Andrew; why would he (Andrew) have emigrated and left my grandfather to farm the land?

(5) Did this family just not register anything unless they had to?!

There is a slim possibility that Michael went to England with Andrew sometime before 1911 and died there; however I cannot find records there either.shed

If anyone can shed some light on this I would really appreciate it - Thank you

Also FTR

I now know that James MANNION married in Louisburg a lady named Mary
However, yet again, I cannot find a marriage.
I have both their deaths and they are buried together in Louisburg, Co. Mayo
