Help please with parents of William Arthur Johnson born SA 1864

I am looking for information relating to the parents of William Arthur Johnson who was born 20 June 1864 in Port Lincoln South Australia.  William died in Pata, South Australia in August 1938.  He was a drover.  I have quite a bit of information relating to William Arthur but do not know a lot about his parents or even if he had siblings.

His father was William Thomas Johnson born in England about 1824.  William Thomas died 18 December 1902.  I have found the death notice for William.  The notice mentions wife "Hannah Johnson" and father-in-law W H Marsh, late of Mallala. 

I'm unsure of where and when William Thomas and Hannah married, if this was in South Australia or England.

Thank you Rhonda May for this extra information.  I have just found information in Trove relating to William Hammond Marsh, Hannah's father.  He died 20 August 1879, aged 64 years.

I think I have found the shipping record for Hannah's arrival in South Australia in 1854.

I have found an entry for a William Marsh (aged 38 years) with wife Sarah (aged 40 years) and children Mary Ann (12)  Hannah (9)  Charlotte (5)  and   Sarah (1).   They were on the ship Marion which left England on the 27th August  and arrived in Port Adelaide on the 10th December 1854.  Their names are on the Shipping Passenger arrivals list in the South Australian Register newspaper for Tuesday 12 December. 

There is a mention of Ashover, Derby as where they came from.   I think I have found an entry in the 1851 UK census for this family.
 
This ties in nicely with information provided on William and Hannah's marriage certificate relating to Hannah's age and birthplace and also William Hammond Marsh's birth year worked out from his death notice.

I am investigating further when William Thomas Johnson came to Australia as this is not known.
