Their son James Murdoch, above, b 1798, married Jane McCrae on 29 May 1825 in Kirkcolm, Leswalt, Wigtownshire. Jane was the daughter of James McCrae and Jean McNair/McNarin

John 1827 married Rosina Wright 18 Dec 1851 (daughter of Alexander Wright and Margaret Fraser)

Andrew b 1860 in Colmonell
Margaret b 1863 in Girvan
Jane b 1869 in Colmonell
Note: they may all have been born in Colmonell, but births were reg's in nearby Stranraer or Girvan.
