It is an area of Derby around the railway station.

There were at least 3 cemeteries in Derby - Nottingham Road (still in use), Uttoxeter Road and Stenson Road (both now full)

I believe the cemeteries office at Nottingham Road has burial records and plans for all of them.

Just wondered if the researcher who has an UNWIN link may have come across any UNWIN graves in the Litchurch area?  My UNWIN line were living in Litchurch Street in the later part of the 1800s. My Great Grandfather, CHARLES HENRY died in Boundary Road workhouse on 27 May 1924. His last occupation was Shop Keeper at Railway Works. His address  (daughter and son in law's, Jeffries) given as 81 Carrington Street.
Many thanks,
Jill

Not strictly relevant but I think worth passing on.  When you get the grave details note the names of the adjacent graves - the block of 9 that yours is in the middle of.  That way you have more names to look for and it makes it much easier to spot the one you want.
