Are the 1901 and 1911 census online? If not when can we expect them?

I'm afraid the answer to your two questions are "not really" and "don't know"!  ;)

Ihave seen a 1911 census touted on the web somewhere,Ijust dialled it in to have a look,then got out because it all seemed pay per view,didnt mark it 'cos I think I could find it again,same routine! Tight,that's me!!
