Hi

See the 4th entry down for 1854 Scarriff Baptisms - which names parents of Honora as Frank White and Rachil Kean.  Sponsors named as John and Margaret Leonard, also from Scarriff:-

Cheers

Hi

With more time - I searched but didn’t find any more children born to Frank White and Rachil/Rachel KEAN (the same parents’ surnames as on Elizabeth’s cert).

As I don’t see a likely death nor marriage for Hanora, I wonder if she used the name Elizabeth and is indeed your ancestor.  Certainly looks like a strong possibility.

Regards

LH, THANK YOU!

To have deciphered the name of Elizabeth's mother and confirmed her details is just awesome, thank you so sincerely - you've helped me break down a brick wall here, thank you!

Hi

It looks highly likely this is your couple, doesn’t it.

Kind regards

L

On Elizabeth's marriage certificate, it states that her father's occupation is a SHOEMAKER!

Hi

Glad to have been of help after your decade of searching.

The fact that there doesn't appear to be any later sign of Hanora here in Ireland (as far as I can see) makes me feel she emigrated and is indeed your ancestor.

It is certainly beginning to feel that way!

Is there anyway of knowing when Rachel and Frank married?  Do you think they are from Ireland also as I can't locate them anywhere!
