Edward died in Scotland == on 1881 census there was Agnes ,William and Robert.

Thomas was born after census date.

Just found a death for Agnes Gibbs -- 3 July 1889 in District of Columbia b 1871 Scotland on family search

This seems strange because it gives a 1906 immigration date  ??? Looks like a remarriage for William.
