mother Hellen Gibb father Robert Gibb.

According to WW1 Draft he was Charles Clark Gibb - August 1890 Harrisburg. Pennsylvania. Resides 1401 Cap Street. Washington  District of Columbia
Occupation :- Plate Printer. US Government - Washington DC.
Tall, medium build, grey eyes and blonde hair,  no distinguishing marks.

Dated June 5 th 1918
