Thomas Percy Heptonstall

 ???

I am trying to find what happened to a friend's grandfather, Thomas Percy Heptonstall born 1881. He left his wife & children c.1920 probably in the Wallasey/Liscard area and we don't know what became of him. He was known as Percy, but could have changed his name to such as Thomas Percy or Percy Thomas, or in fact to anything. He may have gone abroad or remarried bigamously. If anyone has heard of him after 1920 or knows where he lived or died I would be very grateful.

FreeBMD has his marriage March Qtr of 1906 in the Birkenhead Reg. District to either May Emily Malin or Elizabeth O'Toole (vol. 8a page 756).

Thanks The Mc, I know about his marriage and children, it's just what happened after he left the marital home c.1920 that's a mystery.

Thanks Heatherjulie, I was suspicious if that one. It probably needs more looking into. Finding folk does get difficult in modern times.
