COMPLETED Baker Family (Hythe) 1841 census

Can anyone find the following Baker family on the 1841 census?

In 1851 Elizabeth Baker (born 1812 Saltwood)  is living with her children George (b.1831 Hythe), Anne (b.1839 Hythe) and William (b.1842 Dover) in Cheriton.  She is widowed.  Full reference is HO107 1633 242 8.

I believe she is Elizabeth Fagg who married George Baker on 25 July 1830 in Hythe. 

However, I cannot find the family in 1841 at all and I don't know when she was widowed (but presumably 1842 or later).

There are other children from familysearch that could be theirs that do not appear in 1851 which could assist in finding them in 1841 who are:-

Mary (1832)
James Pearce (1834)
Charlotte Anne (1838 - although I am wondering if this is Anne who appears in 1851)
