Good evening,

Ann Morris c 8 July 1699
William Morris c 18 Feb 1700
John Morris c 2 Nov 1702
Mary Morris c 21 July 1704
Sarah Morris c 7 Jan 1705
Thomas Morris c 9 Nov 1707
All Kimbolto- Huntingdon

Question 1 .  Who were the parents and what occupation was the father.
Question 2.  William born 1700 - did he marry in Huntingdon  and when.

I am trying to link this Willam hopefully my 6 ggrandfather who married Elizabeth Castledine in Stanwick 1723.
Cheers

If you have the christening dates how don't you know at least the father's name? The IGI shows the father as Francis, with another son, Andrew, baptised in June 1711. As was often the case in the early 1700s and before, the mother's name isn't shown. But I can't see a marriage of a Francis Morris on Hunts marriage Index prior to 1700. Nor a marriage of a William Morris 1700-1750 in Huntingdonshire (it always helps to type the county in full to differentiate it from the town of Huntingdon)

A Fran... Morris was buried at Kimbolton on 9 Feb 1730, although this could equally have been the Frances (male) Morris son of Joseph baptised in Kimbolton in 1700.

Unless the 1723 marriage says William was of Kimbolton (unlikely in 1723 where all you usually get are the two names of bride and groom) it's going to be very difficult to prove, although Kimbolton and Stanwick are only 8 miles apart
