Lost in 1861

Rose Hannah West was baptised on 14th May 1848 (Romsley, Worcestershire). She was living with her parents in Halesowen in 1851, but I cannot find her in 1861. She is in service in1871, 1881 and 1891 until her marriage in 1896. However, I cannot find her in 1861. I suspect that she was in service. She is not living with her parents or with her elder sister.
Please can anyone find her for me?
