Yes, they would be twins.  2 May 1796 is the given birth date and, as you say, they were actually baptised 3 Oct 1797.  The address looks like Butlers Buildings to me.

Thank you for the reply and confirmation.. It is great to get have someone take a look objectively.

As I am in Australia - and never yet been to the UK - I am also not familiar with these areas.  Would you know what or where the Butlers Building is or should I do  a new post/topic for it.
