Oh June Laverick, I remember her, gosh.... she was in a film with Tommy Steele, who I quiet like   
what was it........... ??   uhm the Duke wore Jeans.  I think, and I remember him singing a song called   'Princess'  to her.  will look it up....

I know that cos I have a great image memory - so I know she is not Marion Ryan, Elaine Page, Jackie trent, Peggy Lee, Sylvia Sims, Petula Clark...

Have managed to pause Young Tug's clip at a close up of the "Princess", and I must say June Laverick does look quite like the girl in Bob's picture.

If it is her, June Laverick retired from acting in her 30's (she was born 1931), and moved back to her home town of Redcar, where she married an ICI process worker, and took over the running of her parents' pub The Royal Hotel in Redcar.
