esther age 4. b. liverpool
living at;great russell street,st.george,birmingham,warks

i cannot find a birth or a marriage or death for esther aged 4
nor can i find her in any other census
i have her parents in later censuses but not her
can anyone see any other record apart from 1891 census for esther

I can't see her in 1901, but have you thought she might be recorded as Hester?

 i think the census entry for a hestor chater is probably her
as is the marriage
wonder where she is in 1901 though
and where her birth entry is
her parents married in 1871
