Suicide Story - ? Butcher - Help please

Not sure if this story is true but my great aunt told me this story about one of her dad's brothers was a baker and shut his head in the oven to kill himself. Now i think i've narrowed it down to only one, which would be Fred Butcher who died in 1929 in the Dartford area. I was wondering if anyone can find a newspaper story on this please?

Thats the one. No i haven't got the cert, as last time i got one for his youngest sister who jumped of a cliff, it never stated any reason for death. But i found her in a newspaper story about it. So was hoping for the same. Fred is the only one it can be as i've found everything else out about the rest of his brothers and sisters.

Where did he actually live?  If it was in Dartford then it may be worth searching the burial registers of the borough cemeteries to see whether there is any further information there ie. dates/address etc. which may be helpful http://www.rootschat.com/links/0oku/

Do you think Fred is the one who married Ethel GILES in Stowting 1914?  If so, this may be of interest http://www.mcadamsfh.com/Obituaries/45236/

I looked through the Dartford Cemeteries in the "Way of Death" project but couldn't see any entry for a Fred BUTCHER dying late 1929.  An address and date would have been useful to help narrow down any possible newspaper report.

This is the same Fred yes he married Ethel Giles and i found 4 children. the 2 boys died in the same year they were born and i found the 2 daughters, but couldn't get any further. You have just opened up more. This is great information, how did you find this?
