Yes, it was definitely him in the marriage in 1953 - the article states that his mother Mrs F J Kirk came from Sydney to attend the service.  :D

The death you kindly found in 2011  fits with his age and the war record as he was 3 years old on his trip to England in 1925.

Thank you for YET ANOTHER search  ;D

Im not sure that this is the same family as the funeral notice says son of FREDERICK J KIRK and I have Nellie and Bruce arriving in Southampton, England late June 1925  - I dont think they left England until after her husband died in London 1938  ::)
