DREWETT / DREWITT Marriage look up please

Looking for a Marriage please  :   

a John DREWITT / DREWETT  born c1796 in Oxford   a Baker
and
Sophia ?  born c1799 in Hounslow Middlesex.   

1841 - 1871 they are living in Hammersmith.  Their first ' known child, Sarah was born c1826 in Hammersmith.  So assume they married in Hammersmith, unless married in Sophia's birthplace, Hounslow? 

Two of their daughters lived in Hounslow in later years.

Are you certain of y.o.b.?

1851 has John age 64, Sophia age 46 and daughter Sarah age 23???

If I am following the correct family - John died before 1861 census - Sophia appears on 1861/71 census as a widow living with son William????

Could you post details of 1841 census???

So far the only marriage I have found is in Wilts -and I believe this is a different John and Sophia.


Do you have baptisms of the children??

There is a burial in St Peter's Hammersmith of a John Druett aged 69 on 8th Jan 1854.

Free BMD have his death as John  Drewett in Kensington ref 1a   59,  in March 1/4 of 1854

John DREWITT  45  Baker born in County  (1851 Oxford)
Sophia              40     Sarah 14   William 8  all born in County

I don't have a baptism for Sarah.   William baptised 2nd June 1833 at St Paul's Hammersmith
