Returning to UK from NZ in 1877

Can anyone advise me where to find passenger lists for ships arriving in the UK from New Zealand in 1877 please?

UK return passenger lists on the "A" site don't start until 1878.

Hi Sunic,
You could try searching Papers Past which is an online newspaper archive run by the National Library of New Zealand.  It's an excellent source of info.

I found my wayward gg-grandmother who was in New Zealand and then came back in the 1870's.

Search by surname (and in a specific area if you know it) and look for items under "Shipping News".  If they had any standing in the community it's likely they may have been listed as being on a particular ship.

Then you can start looking for the ship...
