Ann SIMPSON - died 1877

I've already done some research regarding Ann SIMPSON who died at the Cottage Hospital, Luton on 5th September 1877 http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/topic,573291.0.html but so far I've been unable to find a burial for her in Bedfordshire.

I'm wondering if she was buried in a neighbouring Hertfordshire parish.

Any suggestions?
