1940 census Los Angeles
« on: Sunday 11 November 12 18:14 GMT (UK) »
Help.  Can anyone find Arthur Conning Logan and his wife, Margaret Ross Logan in the 1940 census.  They were living at 713 Hampden Place, Los Angeles [Pacific Palisades], California.  They are listed at that address in the California voter registrations for every year from 1928 to 1944 and were at that address in the 1930 census.  Arthur was born in 1871 in Ohio; Margaret was born in 1883 in Oregon.

I just cannot find them.

Thanks, Sandra.  I mostly wanted to know what Arthur was working at, if anything.  So that answers the question.  I wonder why they won't come up at FamilySearch?

You're welcome.

Strange why it doesn't show - still looking.

Oh, yes.  I'm afraid Louise Peete is a bit of a sick family joke.

Ah.  Well I tried any Arthur born in Ohio or any Margaret born in Oregon and I didn't spot them.  Oh well, thanks again.
