Hi moonraker 67,
 I should think that my G.G. Grandfather, Michael Richards, B1798, was there before your relative. He had the farm between 1830 until about 1850 and then farmed at Bod-Deiniol, Llanfechell. Parciau Home Farm was quite separate from the large house and, although Parciau was demolished, Parciau Home Farm is still there. (I have a photo of it). All of the farming of the Estate was based there and your G. Grandfather would have worked there as the cowman.
