I am trying to find what cemetery by gt grandmother is buried in in NY
but getting no where - Eleanor Sterment Dow b 1865 d 1945 Kings aged 80yrs could someone direct me to a cemetery database, thanks nz

Have you tried to find her using FindAGrave.com?  Many folks in the eastern part of the USA like to go to the cemeteries and input names into the databases.  You might find her there.

Do you have her death certificate?  That should list the cemetery where she was buried.

OK thank you I will look at getting one.  Im in NZ and know little of the area where she lived.  I recall her daughter, my grandmother talked about her being buried on Staten Is. Thanks for your help
