Richard Lloyd Born abt 1789
« on: Thursday 22 November 12 15:52 GMT (UK) »
Richard was born in Llanwenog . He is  my G G G Grandfather.
Any  info of his parents would be of great help. He spent most of his life as an agricultural labourer and lived in Ystrad Aeron.

many thanks in anticipation...

Six years and 10 days later  I am hoping by bringing this to the top of the pile someone new will see it and have the answer.

Hi
At that parish is a John and Anne LLoyd. But no Richard.
Time running out on Library computer so can't check for a baptism of Richard to them elsewhere.

Have you got him on the 1841, 51 censuses?  Someone has him in their tree on Genes Reunited

John is noted as clerk on more than one of the baptisms, so he may have been the vicar of the parish. Unlikely that Richard, an ag lab, would be his son.
The register has entries for the parish of Llanwnnen as well, but no baptism of a Richard anything around 1789. It could be in another parish that isn't online or a nonconformist baptism that isn't online or doesn't survive.
