Hello,
Could anyone help me please with any information on James / Jacques Robilliard, his wife Marie /Mary (hill?) and their family?
I have unconfirmed details as follows:
James/Jacques Robilliard b. Sept 16 1755 in St Peter Port Guernsey CI (possible parents Pierre / Marie Jeanne Nicolas or Nicola)
married Marie/Mary (Hill? b. c1758) in Sept of 1779 in St PP G CI
James and Mary have the following children before their deaths in 1805.
James b.1780
Jennete Seamer b. 1783
Jean he Seamer b. 1783
Pierre b.1786
Anne b.1788
Judith Langlow b.1791
Samuel b.1793
Marie b.1996
Henry (William?) 1799
William 1802
I am descended from Henry and have much information on him and his Australian lineage however I have not been able to confirm his parents details including their birth marriage or death.
I am particularly interested in their death as they appeared to die young and my unsourced data states they both died on Dec the 8th 1805.
Can anyone shed any light on this family and what could have caused them both to die on the same day?
