I'm looking for more information on Stephen Long I have found his death in Auburn dist in 1958 his parents are Victor James Long and Elizabeth Margaret Bignold I'm looking for information on when and where Stephen was born and when his father emigrated from London UK  and any info on the marriage if anyone can help me please

hi thanks but not sure its the right one I have her born in 4/9/1931 in Newtown and dying in 1975 but no sources her middle name was Margaret not Mary either

So Stephen was just a baby - didn't realise that.

Do you have birth of Victor James Long ?  Even approximately helps.

There are various articles about a Victor james Long in Qld getting custody of a child after his divorce from a different  wife in 1947.  Could he have been married previously?

Victor was born in 1920 in Pancras, london to James Long and Bessie Emily Carpenter. I found a death   of child to Victor James but unnamed s/b in Parramatta in 1961

just looked at the articles looked like the wrong Victor James my ones parent lived and died in England his middle names were Thomas James not just James (just found birth on BMD)

Have you looked for probate  packets at http://www.records.nsw.gov.au/ (it seems to be down at the moment)
for Elizabeth and possibly Victor although he may well be still alive.  He is on 1980 ER

 from what unsource info i have Victor died in 1989
