I'm looking for any info on Louis Melford the only record I can find is as father of Caroline Melford b 1824 on her marriage banns it says he is a Gentleman Caroline was living in Charles Street, the marriage was in St Andrew Holborn in 1843 to William Cowlrick
Can anyone please find anything else about the Mysterious Louis!??

on the 1841 census she is living in St Pancras, Regeants park with Williams' uncle Charles apart from that I cant find a birth or any other census

The 1851 census has the family in Shropshire, census claims to be born in Stepney

Not an online dickie bird on him I'm afraid and no birth/baptism for Caroline

There are very few Melford's in any of the regular databases we look at   :-\
