Hi

Quite a few of my family are buried in the graveyard(s).
The (replacement) church was moved from the centre of London.

Both churches still exist, but the rear graveyard was in terrible condition last time I visited.

The front elevation, of the replacement,  from the main road looks tidy.

What are you looking for?
Bearing in mind he died so long ago, why has the information got to be "in private"

Sarah - please do not lock the thread because Jennifer Vanderslice may need to post on it.

Many thanks

Ray - the privacy issue is only so that I can share family info with Jennifer Vanderslice.

My original post was to establish where John Henry CORDNER JAMES was buried - this has been confirmed and my next task is to see if there is a gravestone surviving.

Phuilip

EDIT - you would think at my age that I would know how to spell my own name! ;D ;D ;D

Many thanks, Ray.

I apologise for my lack of clarity in recent posts.  To avoid any confusion for anyone reading this thread - the original query (the location of John Henry CORDNER JAMES' burial) has been resolved.  The reason for the recent posts concerning personal messages is so that Jennifer Vanderslice can contact me and, if desired, exchange e-mail addresses.  This would enable me to send information (research notes, trees, images etc).  At the moment I am not appealing for help to find any new information.

I'm in the process of writing a book and John Henry Cordner James is a part of it. I will explain further when I get the opportunity.

I greatly appreciate your offer to help me. I'll be sure to include you in the acknowledgements for your valued assistance!

Jenn
