Thomas PRISK lookup

I'm trying to find a death record for Thomas Prisk born abt 1785 st hilary.
He is on the 1851 census with his wife. H0107,piece 1918 folio 113 page 12.
His wife died may 1856 in St Hilary.

Unfortunately deaths for that period don't show ages.  They were in the Penzance RD in 1851 and that is where his wife's death was registered but most of the Prisk deaths on freebmd are in Redruth

Does Elizabeth's death cert show her as a widow?

I haven't got Elizabeth's death certificate yet, she died in the workhouse. there is a death record for thomas jan 1872 helston 5c 149. he was 86 when he died 1786-1872

If you check the 1871 census - that Thomas was b Illogan and was living with son Joseph b 1814 Illogan

Your Thomas cannot be found on the 1861 census so it's a possibility he died between 1851-1861 so you need to see if Elizabeth is shown as a widow on her death cert

    I got Elizabeth's death certificate and it said she was the wife of thomas prisk a agricultural labourer
    so it looks like thomas prisk died after 1856
