Thank you Brevitas... the names of the children were certainly names which came down if it is the right family, and what you have found has definately given me something to go on... I think its time I used my free trial at Find my past  ;) hope you have a good 2013

The marriage details are:-

HAVE BEEN REMOVED

On the 1861 census, William's birth is given as c1825 and a lodger is David Davies, who could be Jane's father.

Is there any significance in Marriage Details: have been removed?  I have got some census info regarding David Davies and think it is indeed JD's father.

I was told off for publishing the details, although such information is often found on the site.

There is a Jane Davies in Llansaintffraid Glan Conway in 1851, born c1827 who would be worth looking at. Possibly also in 1841.
