We are distant cousins Paul. Margaret (O) Mahony was a cousin of my grandfather Jerome P O Mahony and my mother, Imelda, kept up the family friendship. I believe Margaret and her husband ran a pub (Dillons) in Skibbereen. I recently came across a note from my GF to my mother which he says was being written in Dillons! What I know so far is on the following site.
