Registry Office, Warblington, Hampshire! 28 Nov, according to the tree.  I'm looking for them on the 1891 in Hampshire as eldest son was born either there or Sussex 

Added - not found anywhere in England so far and have to go out!

Warblington was in the Havant RD but their marriage is showing in Westbourne, Sussex, as you say
